Drivers added to the Windows image are named oem*.inf. I'm not sure I understand correctly. I'm not talking about adding the driver to the OS after it has been loaded, I'm talking about the first 3 seconds of the installation process. You could try to incorporate all drivers for all the different hardware setups in one image but some drivers don’t coexist peacefully on one machine.
